The Tehran Times reports that men were allowed to watch a women’s basketball game as it was played in Tehran last Thursday. A representative of the international basketball federation (a male) was among those allowed to watch. The report didn’t say if this represented a change of policy, or just a way to try to get the international basketball federation off Iran’s back.
