The Trade Promotion Organization says that 70 percent of Iran’s non-oil exports in the first half of the current Persian year went to just the 15 countries with which Iran has either land or sea borders. That is up from 60 percent last year and 55 percent the year before that, indicating how sanctions are constricting Iran’s ability to export.
