Britney Spears and her Iranian-born fiancé, Sam Asghari (photo), announced her pregnancy in April, but three weeks later revealed she had suffered a miscarriage. According to the Mayo Clinic, some 10 percent to 20 percent of all pregnancies end in miscarriages.
