Iranian soccer referee Mohsen Ghahremani (photo) has been suspended by the anti-corruption committee of the Iranian Football Federation. News reports said he aided Sepahan of Esfahan to defeat Persepolis of Tehran last month by wrongfully issuing a red card to a Persepolis player two minutes into the game and later awarding an unwarranted penalty kick to Sepahan.
