Transport Minister Mohammad Eslami (photo) says Iranian airlines will sue Boeing for failing to deliver to Iran planes that had been ordered. But Boeing didn’t cancel the sale; it was the Trump Administration that did that. And Iran insists that international law prevents anyone from suing a foreign government.
