Nokia Siemens on behalf of his father, Issa Saharkhiz a longtime dissident who remains imprisoned in Tehran. The Saharkhizes had complained that that the sale of Nokia Siemens cellphone surveillance gear was behind the arrest of the elder Saharkhiz last year. The younger Saharkhiz said he withdrew the suit as a strategic decision “to keep it alive and viable.”
