The announcement was missing one small detail—it did not say where the waste site would be located! The report also quoted AEOI as saying Iran had no nuclear waste yet, but would in about two years, presumably meaning after the Bushehr nuclear power plant has been in operation for awhile. But Iran has produced nuclear medical isotopes for years, so it certainly has nuclear waste products. Why is the AEOI in denial?
