The Royal Navy destroyer HMS Duncan sails between two British merchant ships as they pass through the Strait of Hormuz. British merchant vessels are being careful these days to contact the Royal Navy a day before they reach the strait in order to line up an escort. The one British ship that failed to do that, the Stena Impero, was captured by the Iranian Pasdaran and remains impounded in Bandar Abbas.
