The Czech ambassador to Iran, Svatopluk Cumba (photo), has resigned after coming under criticism back home for allegedly selling 400 Czech visas to Iranian businessmen. A visa from the Czech Republic allows the holder to enter all the 26 Schengen visa states, which is almost every country in Western and Central Europe.
