brother of Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani and Judiciary Chairman Sadeq Larijani is under investigation for land fraud. Tehran Prosecutor Ali-Reza Avai was quoted as saying he is studying allegations that Mohammad-Javad Larijani took control of hundreds of hectares of protected land. The complaint was filed by the agency in charge of natural resources. Avai is part of the Judiciary.
