In this case, Siavash Henareh has been charged with being a member of a crime ring procuring weapons for Middle Eastern terrorist groups. Henareh was arrested in July in Bucharest and the Romanian new agency Agerpress says the Romanian courts have now ordered him extradited to the United States. Iran has accused the United States of “kidnaping” Iranians it has extradited.
