As we reported last week, Australia has signed a deal under which all boat refugees entering Australia will automatically be shipped to Malaysia. But that’s not all. Australia plans to videotape the whole process and post the video on YouTube, calculating that will discourage attempts. Most of the boat people are Iranians, Iraqis and Afghans.
