You lose:

Teammates swiftly began jumping on team leader Hamed Haddadi (photo) and blaming him for the loss, although without Haddadi Iran would not likely have been a contender. Iran lost to Jordan 88-84. With Iran down by one point and just over a minute remaining, Haddadi made a costly foul, giving Jordan two free throws. But Haddadi scored 27 points or a third of all of Iran’s points to keep the team in contention to the end. A win would have put Iran in the summer Olympics next year. Teammates Samad Bahrami and Mahdi Kamrany both publicly complained of Haddadi letting the team down.
