An overwhelming three-fourths of the American people support negotiations with Iran over its nuclear program, according to a new poll by CNN. Even 68 percent of the Republicans polled supported the talks while Democrats were 87 percent supportive. The support is nothing new. In 2009, a similar poll found almost the same level of support for nuclear talks with Iran.
