Back in mid-September, many Republican members of the House of Representatives were lining up behind the idea of suing President Obama (photo), noting that the law requires Obama to submit all parts of any nuclear deal with Iran to Congress. But Obama never submitted two agreements between Iran and the IAEA agreements that the United States had no part in. That suing ploy seems to have fallen by the wayside. The key question is whether GOP efforts to scuttle the deal will continue, or whether concern about the deal is waning as other issues like keeping Syrian refugees out of the United States pop up on the radar screen.
