Deputy Foreign Minister Hassan Qashqavi, who has frequently complained in recent months about the UAE’s expulsion of Iranians who have lived in that country for years, has announced that the expulsions stopped September 24. He said “dozens” of Iranians had their residence permits revoked and none were told why.
