President Ahmadi-nejad was supposed to have submitted his budget to the Majlis by December 6. December and now January have come and gone and numerous pledges that the budget was just about to be sent over have gone over the dam. The Majlis has to finish the budget by Now Ruz on March 20 and time is disappearing fast. Most folks appear to think that’s just the way Ahmadi-nejad wants it, with the Majlis lacking the time to go over his draft with a fine tooth comb.
