UPSWINGINGLY — After a long period in which the daily price of an OPEC barrel had moved up and down as if it were on a roller coaster, the price has definitely been on a consistent, if gentle, upswing for almost three months now, as the chart above graphically shows. The more important monthly average (below) has also been moving upward and is now back where it started the new year.
