CONSISTENT – Here we go again. We are entering yet another month with the monthly average oil price running at one-oh-something. The daily price dithers about like an ant trying to find its way across a picnic table. Of course, there was that surge upwards in the first quarter and plunge downward in the second quarter. But, guess what, if we average out those seven months from January through July 2012, we get an average price of $110. The price has been holding fairly steady now for almost two years.
