And once again, the question is:  Is it just a pause before rising again—as has been true twice before on this chart—or is it the start of a reversal.  We must wait to see.  With August almost over, the monthly average (below) is right in line with the price through much of last year, despite the surge in the first quarter of this year and the slump in the second quarter.
