The Oil Patch

Maybe it just means the market doesn’t make a great deal of sense. OPEC didn’t change its quotas, which was seen as an effort to drive up prices. But prices are down from the day of that (non)action. Then the consumer countries said they would sell off some of their crude oil stocks in order to drive prices down. But they are up, albeit only marginally as of this weekSave.
