UPWARD BOUND — The price of an OPEC barrel has been rising steadily, having gone from $$74 a barrel early in July to almost $95 now, a hike of 28 percent. But no one knows how much Iran earns from each barrel it sells. All that is known for certain is that it must sell at a steep discount, estimated by many at $30 off the market price.
