JUMP— The price of an OPEC barrel jumped four dollars in the two days after the assassination of Qods Force commander Gen. Qassem Soleymani, a significant but not really large surge considering all the talk around the globe anticipating a war. The OPEC price was last above $70 in April and May for about six weeks before sinking again below $60.
