STAGGERING — The price of an OPEC barrel has been staggering around $60 the last three weeks. The price is depressed by large stocks of oil piling up around the world and fears of an economic decline due to the US-China trade war. Surprisingly, attacks on tankers in the region have had no impact, though in the past they had sent prices soaring.
