PINCHED — The oil price Monday was the lowest it has been since early April. The depressed market is giving OPEC ministers a big push to get their act together and limit their output by the end of this month. Note that the monthly average (below) for November is also the lowest since last April, so Monday’s price is not just a flash in the pan.
