NERVOUS — With the fighting in Iraq, investors got nervous and drove a barrel of OPEC oil up $3 in just two days. But it looks like they are now having second thoughts. Still, even at $109 a barrel, the price isn’t outrageous for recent years. The monthly chart below shows the record going back to January 2007. Since the beginning of 2011, the price has been stable.
