WRONG WAY CORRIGAN —The price of an OPEC barrel has continued rising ever since Iran signed its nuclear deal with the Big Six last month, confounding the pundits who said the oil price would fall on the prospect of more crude from Iran. And a year and a half ago, the pundits said the price would soar when the US and EU imposed their sanctions on Iranian oil sales. It didn’t then and it hasn’t now. So much for those pundits.
