The Tehran Municipality is planning to issue a pre-paid travel card that tourists will be able to use to enter all the tourist sites of the capital plus travel on city buses and the Metro and even to use pay phones. It is modeled on the London Pass. The Financial Tribune said it would be issued before the start of winter next month.
