Suspicions:

a deputy prime minister, Bulent Arinc (photo), told a news channel that Iran might have had a hand in a recent bombing in the city of Gaziantep that killed nine.  It wasn’t surprising that Iran was suspected.  But it is eye-opening that an official would actually name Iran as under suspicion.  Arinc said, “We are investigating all potential foreign sources that could have a hand in this attack, including Iran and others.”
