For some reason, Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian decided to give his January speech to the UN Security Council in English, a language with which he has little familiarity. Social media critics bombarded him with criticism as he stumbled and bumbled, at one point stopping and staring at the page while he tried to figure out what was written before him. It was an embarrassing performance and his critics tried to make it even more embarrassing.
