An Argentine prosecutor has asked a judge to declare unconstitutional Argentina’s agreement with Iran on investigating the 1994 Jewish community center bombing. Alberto Nisman, the prosecutor handling the bombing case for several years, argued the agreement is unconstitutional because it represents executive branch interference “in the exclusive jurisdiction of the judiciary.”
