Last week, we reported that Bulgaria wanted to sell parts for a nuclear reactor that it bought from Russia and then decided not to build.  When Bulgaria’s foreign minister visited Iran this month, that was on his agenda.  But the visit ended with nothing said about the proposal.  Now Ali-Akbar Salehi, head of Iran’s nuclear program, says Iran is “currently studying the issue.”
