(photo) says the Islamic Republic has acted with such determination that no one has dared inspect even a single Iranian ship since the UN resolution authorized such inspections in June. But inspections are only authorized if there is evidence a ship is carrying goods forbidden by the UN resolution. So, no ship may have been searched because no one could find any reason to do so, not because the Islamic Republic has its fists in the air.
