‘Sasha Obama to be raped if US dares to attack Syria’

THREAT — President Obama is seen in a family photo with his younger daughter, Sasha.

September 13-2013

A former Iranian official with reported ties to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenehi has said President Obama’s younger daughter will be raped if Obama launches a military strike on Syria.
The story has been ignored by the mainstream media in the United States, as are rants in general. But it has gotten attention in some of the serious media in the Middle East.
The quotes were initially reported last Thursday by Reza Kahlili in the Daily Caller, a conservative US-based website. Since then, it has gotten prominent play on Al Arabiya, one of the two major all-news stations in the Arab world, in The Daily Star, Lebanon’s English language daily, and was the lead story Sunday on the Israeli newspaper Maariv’s website, NRG. In the West, the only major daily seen to give it play was the Daily Mail of London.
The rape of Sasha Obama, who recently turned 13, was presented as a prediction by the Iranian writer, not as a threat of his personal plan or as Iranian policy. It was offered as a natural reaction by an angry Islamic world to an American attack on Syria.
The prediction was made by Ali-Reza Forghani on his personal blog. Kahlili described Forghani as the former governor of Kish province; Kish is an island in the Persian Gulf, but is not a province. Kahlili said Forghani is currently an “analyst and strategy specialist in the Supreme Leader’s camp and closely aligned with Mehdi Taeb, who heads the regime’s Ammar Strategic Base, a radical think tank, and thus speaks with the blessing of the Islamic Republic.”
But a personal blog is not an official statement of the state.
Forghani wrote, “We should remind Obama that if you are a bastard, there are other bastards all around the world who can assault Sasha.”
According to Kahlili’s report, Forghani’s comments were posted both in both English and Farsi, “but in the Farsi version, Forghani clearly stated that Sasha will be raped by someone who has been able to get close to the Obama family.”
Kahlili quoted Forghani as writing: “Obama will attack Syria and then you’ll go to hell, and the world’s public opinion will accept that you deserve to be attacked and assaulted, so please attack.
“Hopefully, Obama will be pigheaded enough to attack Syria, and then we will see the Ö loss of US interests [through terrorist attacks].”
Forghani wrote: “In just 21 hours [after the attack on Syria], a family member of every US cabinet minister, US ambassadors, US military commanders around the world will be abducted. And then 18 hours later, videos of their amputations will be released.”
Kahlili says he once served as a CIA agent inside the Pasdaran (Revolutionary Guard).
When making public appearances, he appears with a mask covering his face. Kahlili is also not the writer’s real name.
According to a Washington Post article in 2010, Kahlili’s “previous accounts have been greeted with widespread skepticism,” including reporting that Iran planned nuclear suicide bombings with “a thousand suitcase bombs spread around Europe and the US.”
In contrast, the Los Angeles Times last year wrote that Kahlili has become “one of the most influential and outspoken voices in the US advocating the overthrow of the Iranian government.”
