UPSY-DAISY — The political and military disruptions of recent weeks has caused the rial to lose some, but surpringly little, value. From a span of weeks just under 600,000 rials to the dollar, it fell to 632,000 rials to the dollar before recovering slightly in recent days. But that is still far from the record low last spring of 670,500 rials per dollar.
