Last year, the Iranian government got mad at the Reuters news agency for a story it bungled and closed down its Tehran office. Reuters moved all its people to Dubai and continued reporting, using the phone and email. Back in May, the Culture Ministry got over its snit and announced it had given Reuters permission to return to Tehran. Four months have now passed. Reuters has said nothing and continues to run its Iranian coverage out of Dubai. It seems perfectly happy to stay there and not have to deal with the Iranian government.
