Ayatollah Lotfollah Dezhkam, the Friday prayer leader of Shiraz, told worshippers January 10, “God willing, we will turn the White House into a Hossainiyeh [prayer house] and the leaders of America, God willing, can be sure this promise will be fulfilled.” He also said, “Trump will die like [US President Jimmy] Carter and will take to his grave the desire to harm the regime.”
