The highest and lowest ratings by country were in the Balkans where 90 percent of the people of Kosovo like Obama’s leadership, probably for supporting Kosovo’s independence from Serbia, while only 8 percent of Serbs like Obama’s leadership, probably for supporting Kosovo’s independence from Serbia. Iranians actually liked Obama’s leadership more than Serbs; 9 percent approved, the second lowest in the world. Gallup did the polling.
