Iran’s ambassador to Azerbaijan, Mohsen Pakaeen, is reported by the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) to have told local reporters in Baku that the terrorists operating in Syria, Lebanon, Iraq and Afghanistan are nothing but “pawns of the bullying powers.”
