The Pasdaran announced that they foiled 11 terrorist attacks in southeastern Iran in the first six months of the Persian year. That suggests Baluchi rebels are on the rise again in Sistan va Baluchestan province. The announcement did not detail any of the attack plots. A few years ago, the government claimed to have completely wiped out the rebel movement in the province.
