A number of talented Iranians are able to gain entry to the United States through the H-1B visa program for highly skilled employment. But there aren’t a lot of H-1B visas available—just 65,000 a year. And US Citizenship and Immigration Services announced January 26 that all of them had been used up less than four months into the government’s budget year (which begins October 1).
