Judiciary spokesman Gholam-Hossain Mohseni-Ejai said that out of the 50 convicted, 40 received either prison time or fines. He did not say how many received prison sentences or what length they were. He said the case has now been closed. The lack of detail fed suspicions that no one had really been punished for the attack.
