Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi says Iran has received a letter from Catherine Ashton, the EU foreign policy chief, inviting Iran to another nuclear negotiating session with the Big Six: China, Russia, Germany, France, Britain and the United States. The last such session was in January. It ended with no progress.
