The Pasdaran are planting mines along the border of Sistan va Baluchestan province with Pakistan and Afghanistan, but not marking where they are located. As a result, according to the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, seven people have tripped mines and died in the last six months, including, most recently on June 21, when a woman herding livestock near Saravan was blown up.
