President Obama sits at Number One. Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenehi is ranked 26th, and, surprise, Oil Minister Rostam Qasemi (photo) is listed at 32nd. It isn’t exactly clear why he achieved that ranking. Forbes said he was a former high-ranking officer in the Pasdaran and has been under sanctions for his help to Iran’s nuclear program. That doesn’t seem to qualify for #31 in the world. Often these lists look a bit odd. By the way, President Ahmadi-nejad didn’t make the top 70.
