The international wrestling federation, which for years has been known by its French initials as FILA, has now changed its name (and its language) to United World Wrestling (UWW). One reason for the change is that the federation is constantly confused with FILA, the 103-year-old Italian sportswear company that is much better known—and pops up first on a Google search for FILA. The annual wrestling World Championships began this week. More on that next week.
