Iran has announced it has now reopened all three border posts with Iraqi Kurdistan. The three were closed September 25 in reprisal for the Kurds holding a referendum on independence. Bashmaq was reopened in a few weeks. Haj Umran and Parvezkhan have now been reopened, the Foreign Ministry said, without saying when they reopened.
