says the bank was forced to raise the price of the dollar due to various international factors, such as the rising price of oil and the higher costs of imported goods, the Fars news agency reports.  He did put any of the blame on domestic factors like the government’s management of the economy.  If the price of oil drove the price of a dollar up, now that the oil price is falling, the government should be cutting the price of a dollar.
