An Iranian court has begun hearing cases filed by Iranian citizens against the United States for relatives killed by what they say are Iranian-backed terror groups, such as Daesh, Jaish al-Adl and An-Nusra Front all of which happen to be listed as terrorist organizations by the United States for killing Americans. Another Iranian court has ruled that the US must pay $420 million in damages to Iranian survivors of the US military effort to rescue US hostages 43 years ago. That effort collapsed in the desert near Tabas, resulting in the deaths of eight American troops and one Iranian passerby.
