Judiciary Chairman Ebrahim Raisi (photo) has opined that there is no need for Iran to join the Paris Agreement on climate issues, saying Iran can do its part for the environment without joining any international treaties. The Islamic Republic regularly condemns the United States for leaving the Paris treaty under Donald Trump. But Raisi said, “There is no need for treaties like the Paris Agreement.”
